Free Pregnancy Testing

If you have had sex, or have missed your period, you might be wondering if you are pregnant. The first thing you may want to do is take a pregnancy test. Health Resources offers lab-quality pregnancy testing for more accurate results. All of our appointments are one-on-one with one of our staff nurses.

If your test is positive, you will receive:

• a free prescription for Prenatal Vitamins
• a pregnancy packet of fetal development information, referrals, safe medication list, and more…
• proof of pregnancy for insurance

You will also have the option to schedule an early ultrasound.

When you are facing an unexpected pregnancy, we want you to be informed on all of your options: parenting, adoption and abortion. We provide accurate information in a non-judgemental, safe environment.

Health Resources Center provides the following for FREE:

• Medical confirmation of pregnancy (pregnancy test)
• Limited Obstetrical Ultrasound (confirms pregnancy, viability, approximate due date, and heartbeat)

• Comprehensive options counseling (discussing all your options)

• Parenting support
• Adoption referral resources
• Information on abortion (While, we do not perform or refer for abortions. We can answer most common questions onsite.)
