Health Resources Center has been faithfully serving families in our area since 1983. Our Center is 100% funded by very generous donors from our community and the surrounding area. These donations allow us to offer all of our services free of charge to our clients.
We also receive donations of items (new & gently used clothing NB-3T, diapers, wipes, baby hygiene products, and more) for our Baby Boutique, that our clients can shop by using the points they accumulate from our Earn While You Learn program.
We have several ways you can partner with HRC in our mission to provide services that come alongside families by helping to remove the barriers they face, to empower them to make life affirming choices, and to equip them to thrive in parenting and relationships.
Each February, we participate in Giving Hearts Day. Founded in 2008, Giving Hearts Day is a 24-hour event for charities in North Dakota and northwest Minnesota. Each year, Giving Hearts Day provides a platform for charities to fund their missions through an ever-increasing community of donors. Two simple and meaningful ways for churches, small groups, VBS programs, businesses, individuals, and families to come together to support the life-affirming work of Health Resources Center:
Baby Bottle Blessings – Every bottle filled helps provide compassionate care, education, and practical support to moms, dads, and families in our community. Getting involved is easy: pick up a bottle (one or many, depending on your group), fill it with spare change, cash, or checks, and return the bottle to HRC. Small acts of generosity truly have a life-changing impact.
Baby Boutique Shower – Hosting a Baby Shower for HRC is a fun and meaningful way for a small group, church, or business to support local families in practical ways. Just like a traditional baby shower, participants gather baby essentials—such as diapers, wipes, clothing, and other much-needed items—to bless moms and babies served through Health Resources Center. We make it easy to participate by providing a current needs list, a pack-n-play to fill and a sign. For added convenience, supporters can shop directly from our Amazon Baby Registry. Every item donated helps stock our Baby Boutique and ensures families receive practical support and encouragement.
