If you have had unprotected sex, or have missed your period, you might be wondering if you are pregnant. The first thing you may want to do is take a pregnancy test. We offer lab-quality pregnancy testing for more accurate results. All of our appointments are one-on-one with one of our staff nurses.

If your test is positive, you will receive:

• a free prescription for Prenatal Vitamins*
• a pregnancy packet of fetal development information, referrals, safe medication list, and more...
• proof of pregnancy for insurance

You will also have the option to schedule an early ultrasound.

When you are facing an unexpected pregnancy, we want you to be informed on all of your options: parenting, adoption, abortion, etc.... We provide accurate information in a non-judgemental, safe environment.

We offer free limited obstetric ultrasounds:

• to confirm that your pregnancy is developing in your uterus.
• to detect fetal heart movement.
• to estimate gestational age.

A previous positive pregnancy test is required.

We come alongside and walk you through the changes happening in the different trimesters of you pregnancy. We also help prepare you for childbirth with the most up-to-date information and reality-based prenatal education in a pleasant and supportive environment. We offer one-on-one sessions, scheduled at your convenience. Our goal: Healthy Mom/Health Baby!

Baby Bistro is a community designed to equip, encourage and empower women on their breastfeeding journey. 

Our breastfeeding support group offers women the encouragement and education they need to meet their long-term breastfeeding goals.

Our parenting classes are designed for all expecting moms and dads to provide the basic fundamentals of parenting. Pregnancy, childbirth, child development, parenting skills and more are the focus of these sessions.

Earn While You Learn is a program that offers a wide variety of educational sessions on pregnancy, childbirth prep, parenting, relationships, Life Coaching, and more.... Participants earn credits to purchase gift cards or items in our Baby Boutique. All of our sessions are done one-on-one with a client advocate and scheduled at your convenience, so just give us a call.

We understand that with a new baby comes the need for material resources such as diapers, wipes, clothing, etc.... Our center is happy to help supply you with what you need as you begin this new journey into parenthood. Your Earn While You Learn points can be spent in our beautiful Baby Boutique to purchase items you need for your baby. You can also use them to purchase gift cards. We do offer emergency help as needed.

Gifting someone with a child is one of the most courageous acts someone can do. However, considering adoption can be confusing. There is a lot information to sift through. We have a network of credible and professional adoption agencies to which we can refer you. In addition to a list of approved agencies, we provide free educational resources. 

There is no right or wrong way to feel after your abortion. Every woman’s experience is unique. Relief, anger, sadness, and hope can all exist at one time. That may be confusing, but it’s also normal. If you’re looking for emotional support after abortion, we’re here to help. 

If you’re sexually active, you are at risk for getting a sexually transmitted disease (STD). We offer no cost STD testing for men & women for two of the most common STDs–chlamydia and gonorrhea.

Through a painless urine test, you can find out for sure if you have chlamydia or gonorrhea. If you test positive, we will provide you a prescription for treatment. You will also be able to consult with a nurse about avoiding STIs and other sexual health risks.

Sexually transmitted infection and disease is a growing problem, but it’s one you can avoid. It’s important to know the facts about STDs so that you can avoid the associated health risks and emotional stress.

• Sexually transmitted diseases are infections that are spread primarily through person-to-person sexual contact.
• There are more than 30 different sexually transmissible bacteria, viruses and parasites.
• Some sexually transmitted diseases exist without symptoms.
• According to the CDC and NIH, STDs are one of the main preventable causes of infertility, particularly in women.
